The hotel has a nice, modern lobby and the staff were friendly. The elevator was noisy and ice machines were mostly broken. it was clean and comfortable for a night. Great location near Walmart and restaurants.

Very clean room, very relaxing atmosphere with a nice size room that was already cool upon arrival and a great variety of options for breakfast including eggs and waffles.
Nothing to improve on.

I really enjoyed my time at La Quinta by Wyndham in Springfield. The rooms were spacious and meticulously clean, making it a refreshing retreat after a busy day. Plus, the hotel’s proximity to our event was a major bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. Free breakfast is decent. Location is central to everything in town. Nice amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and microwave in the room. Also enjoyed the fitness centre and sun loungers.

I had a rough stay—check-in felt condescending, the breakfast hours were a joke, and my room was noisy all night. Plus, the shower was cold, and I had trouble with the AC. Just really disappointing this time.

The indoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures! Staff members greeted me with genuine smiles and warm conversations. The clean and brightly decorated rooms made me feel right at home!

I really liked that this hotel was right next to Walmart and several restaurants, making it super easy to grab a quick bite or stock up on essentials, plus it was only a 15-minute drive to downtown Springfield where you can visit must-see places like the Lincoln Home and Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library, not to mention the beautiful Southwind Park that's just over 2 km away, and the rooms were clean and comfortable but I wish the king bed was softer to avoid neck pain.

Disappointing experience. Upon arrival, check-in was chaotic and inefficient. The room was clean but had a strange odor, likely due to water damage. The bed? Uncomfortable. I woke frequently with severe cramping – not ideal for a pregnant woman. Conversely, the staff was kind and willing to help, but their explanations felt patronizing at times. Breakfast options lacked gluten-free selections, and the schedule didn’t cater to early risers, making it difficult for families with tight agendas. Minor improvements could make a big difference: ensure the right products in the shower and have more breakfast staff during busy hours. I expected more after previous visits. Room for growth.

The room was a bit of a mixed bag. The bed was comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The temperature control was effective, keeping the room at a pleasant level. there were long hairs in my bed, which was unsettling. The room's fixtures, like the doorknob and shower rod, felt loose and in need of repair. I also noticed the TV didn’t work. While the quiet atmosphere helped with relaxation, the overall cleanliness left something to be desired, impacting my comfort level during the stay.

The hotel is right off the highway. They have a good free breakfast and plenty of clean space to eat.
It was a bit pricey for a short stay, but overall it was fine.

the breakfast area was spacious and had different seating options.
our room had a dirty towel on the toilet and the trash was never emptied. the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive during check-in.

Check-in with Mary Grace was a delight, but the breakfast staff barely acknowledged me the next morning. The room was clean and stylish, but thin walls let in every noise, including feet pounding overhead. I was frustrated when my TV didn’t work, and I found my door ajar, hinting at past use. Quick responses from staff were mixed; some were friendly while others seemed indifferent. The pool was disappointing and lacked upkeep. It’s unfortunate, as this place has potential, but service inconsistencies and maintenance issues really made the experience feel lackluster.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including pastries, make-your-own waffles, and fruit, providing a decent start to the day. the room rates were very affordable, and the hotel decor was pleasant and inviting.
Some aspects of the stay were disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, with food stains and questionable marks on the walls and furniture.

I chose La Quinta for its proximity to Knight's Action Park, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent pet-friendly service and helpful customer service agents. The indoor pool and fitness center were great for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Difficult bathroom sink and shower angle. Limited TV sports channel options.

During my recent stay at La Quinta, I found the ironing facilities to be quite convenient, as I like to keep my clothes looking neat and wrinkle-free. I did have some issues with the heating and air conditioning in my room. The temperature control seemed a bit off, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. I was pleased to find that the room provided free toiletries, which was a nice touch. On the downside, the lack of an AM/FM alarm clock was a bit inconvenient for me as I rely on it to wake me up in the mornings. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice addition for entertainment, but I found that the housekeeping service could have been more thorough. I noticed some spots that were missed during my stay. I appreciated the convenience of having shops and commercial services available on-site, but I did have some trouble with the laundry facilities. The machines were not working properly during my visit, which was a bit frustrating. my experience at La Quinta had its positives and negatives.

arriving at 2am after a long journey, we were warmly welcomed at la quinta by a pleasant front desk lady. the clean room and comfortable beds made our tiredness melt away. located conveniently near walmart for supplies and with eateries within walking distance, the hotel's location was great. the staff, including the check-in counter guys, cleaning crew, and breakfast manager, were all very helpful and friendly. overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed a varied breakfast selection, with items like eggs, waffles, and fresh fruit. The hotel's ample parking lot made it convenient for our road trip, and the open lobby displayed a lovely image of the Land of Lincoln. Additionally, the fast wifi was a plus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
Our experience was dampened by some cleanliness issues in the room, such as a refrigerator filled with old food and empty hand sanitizer dispensers. The staff's attitude and lack of cleanliness in public areas were disappointing.

the room at la quinta was spotless and spacious. the bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. the location was great - close to restaurants and a walmart. the staff were friendly and the hotel had a good vibe. plus, the easy reservations and good value made it a no-brainer.
